Aim and Scope

Bridging Perspectives provides a collaborative space for educators, clinicians and scholars engaged in expanding access, fostering equity, and creating a supportive environment across healthcare settings. Manuscripts should focus on issues related to the healthcare workforce, addressing its unique characteristics, challenges, and imbalances.

The journal is sponsored by Women in PEM and is published three times per year. The journal welcomes contributions from around the world. We invite articles that highlight new approaches to creating an expansive and supportive environment for all stakeholders in healthcare.
