Bridging Perspectives is a peer-reviewed, open access online academic journal dedicated to exploring issues related to the healthcare workforce, specifically addressing its unique characteristics, challenges and imbalances.

The journal welcomes contributions that focus on expanding access, promoting inclusive excellence, and amplifying voices in professional practice, including but not limited to identity, differences in ability, and structural factors. Bridging Perspectives aims to serve as a platform for educators, clinicians, researchers and advocates to spark dialogue, share insights, and support meaningful change through scholarship and shared experience(s).
